What does an Inspection consists of?
The industry standard for
all inspections consists of a visual non invasive
inspection. The list above are the typical area's
inspected. If you have a basement, that too will be
inspected. We all know it's very uncommon to have a
basement in Las Vegas but there are a few.
Whether you choose
a standard inspection or upgrade to Thermal Imaging, you
will get a professional unbiased evaluation done on an
easy to read report with colored digital photographs.
"Please note
that some home inspection companies provide other helpful services
for our clients like Termite, Radon and Mold testing. Be
advised that these other services are NOT part of a Nevada
Home Inspection. They should be written on a separate report
unrelated to the home inspection.
